Export pallets need clear identification as well as correct product. Pallet labels, case markings and lot information can improve receiving, counting and traceability at the buyer’s warehouse.

Standardize pallet identity

Pallet number, product, lot, net/gross weight and case or bag count can be defined by order.

Match case markings to the PO

For private-label or commercial packs, product codes, barcodes and language approvals should be completed before loading.

Record mixed lots

If a container includes multiple lots or SKUs, the packing/loading list should show which pallet belongs to each batch.

Create loading evidence

Photos of pallets, container interior and seal number before closure can reduce later disputes.
